Ellen Million is a Leadership & Career Coach supporting professionals in career transitions, helping them clarify their positioning and identify authentic career paths. Her mindfulness-informed coaching approach helps people reconnect with their own needs, values, and strengths during times of change.

Before becoming a certified and accredited coach, Ellen worked in digital product management in London for brands including Burberry and HOKA. She has supported over 500 professionals in their career transitions and also works as a Career Coach for highly qualified professionals with the Canton of Zurich. In addition, Ellen works as a Business Trainer and Coach for companies, supporting clients such as On, Lululemon, and others.

Annette is a professional figure skater, five-time German national champion, and former European and World Championship competitor. Born in Germany and now based in Switzerland, she has dedicated her life to high-performance sport and continues to perform internationally in ice shows.

Alongside her career on the ice, Annette works as a coach, both on and off the ice, sharing her knowledge, discipline, and passion with others. Her journey is not only about athletic success, but also about resilience, reinvention, and the courage to keep evolving.
At 42, she stands for the belief that it is never too late to follow your dreams. Through her story, she inspires women to trust themselves, step into their power, and create a life on their own terms , regardless of age or expectations.

To round off the morning, guests will enjoy an exclusive tasting of Moon & June, @moon_june_ch a new non-alcoholic drink created for mindful social moments, perfect for those who enjoy the ritual of a drink while staying alcohol-free.

Meet Angie ❤️🇨🇳After building her career in Shanghai’s fast-paced financial center, Angie and her husband moved to his home country, Switzerland, and now she proudly calls it home. 🇨🇭With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and pursued MSc Banking & Finance studies in Switzerland, she now works for a global leader in energy and technology headquartered in Zurich, providing sustainable energy for over three billion people to power their daily lives.

Alongside her full-time corporate career, traveling between Basel and Zurich each week, she is a certified Pilates and Reformer teacher and SRT coach, empowering others through movement on a weekly basis. With a love for music, she also enjoys DJing for events.

As the Expansion Lead for PWG, Angie leverages her skills in leadership, strategy, networking, cross-cultural communication, and project management to bridge communities and grow our network, bringing international professional women together to thrive, connect, and empower one another.

Drawing from her experience in bodybuilding and coaching, she explores the connection between mindset, body positivity, and self-belief. Kitti encourages the audience to reflect on their inner dialogue and to recognize that confidence and resilience are built through the way we think about ourselves.
