We begin with a guided cold plunge experience with Martina Lenk, a certified thermal instructor who leads ice plunges in a calm, safe, and supportive way. Interestingly, Martina once hated cold water herself—something many participants can relate to. Today, she shares her passion for nature and conscious breathing to help others gently step outside their comfort zone. Through simple breathing techniques and mindful guidance, she creates space for strong women to slow down, reconnect, and experience that powerful moment of realization: “Wow, I actually did this.”

After the invigorating plunge, we’ll gather for a relaxed brunch and networking session at Samigo, offering time to connect with one another and share reflections from the experience.
