Chief of Staff
Alyssa Steinmetz
Originally from the United States, Alyssa has always been driven by a lifelong dream of living and working abroad. Now based in Switzerland, she brings a global mindset to her work at the intersection of healthcare, operational excellence, and people leadership.
Her experience centers on helping life sciences organizations improve how they operate , optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and translating data into practical action. At the heart of her work is a deep curiosity about people: where they come from, what motivates them, and how their stories evolve over time.
Alyssa believes a career path is rarely linear. Rather than a ladder, she sees it as a climbing wall with movement up, down, and across where each step offers new perspective, growth, and lessons along the way. She is especially interested in creating spaces where women can share their experiences openly, and support each other in defining success on their own terms.
