Art Workshop 2.0 - Self Confidence and Boundary Setting: explore yourself through art

This is the second art workshop with art coach Britta. This time in a different location you will spend an evening wil like-minded women dsicovering more about yourself and gaining self-confidence through art. Plus, there will be a little Apero to start with. 

In this workshop, you will

• explore your needs and know what and where your boundaries actually are
• learn how to express your needs on paper (and translate that into real life)
• gain more self knowledge and self-confidence
• have fun amongst like-minded women

About our Speaker: Britta Müller

As an art therapist and coach, I accompany people in developing and strengthening their personality and their professional potential. Through creative processes like painting and crafting they learn to express what cannot be said through words. I work with different techniques including kinesiological methods and methods to rebalance energy levels. I guide my clients while an art coaching in a way that they are able to grow beyond themselves. When we start the coaching we never know where the path leads us to. The only thing that is constant in life is change.
