About the Event
PWG is currently looking for a part-time Event Manager to continue creating and organising amazing online and in-person events for our large community of professional women in Switzerland.
If you have the passion and the time to invest in planning, organising and hosting events and other networking activities, contact us!
Among others, you will be:
- Getting in touch with potential speakers 🗣️
- Arranging Zoom meetings and/or booking in-person locations (with catering, if needed) 🍸
- Publishing & promoting events on our website (Wix) as well is on Social Media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Meetup) 🌐
- Sending invitations as well as hosting events 🤝🏻
- Sending follow-up emails, recordings and/or presentations 📊
