Originally from France, Maëlle began her career in Marketing in London and has since built an international journey spanning Hong Kong, Milan, Barcelona, and now Switzerland, where she lives with her husband and two children. She holds a Bachelors’ degree in International Business from Warwick Business School as well as a double Master’s degree from HEC Paris/CEMS Bocconi. Maëlle brings over a decade of expertise in Brand and Product Marketing, gained at leading global multinationals including Estée Lauder, Pernod Ricard, and Lindt & Sprüngli. Today, Maëlle is dedicating more time to pursuing passion projects, such as serving on the Executive Committee of PWG. Drawing on her international background, professional expertise, and empathetic leadership style, she offers a global yet tailored perspective to her work and community engagements.
